We would let more people in but if we were to do that we would need 16 more to make it even without a free pass

Even if we dont get a perfect number of ppl to join, we can do "bye rounds" based on just random drawings. We can also do TEAM seedings since this is a team tournament. You dont want to have the supposed 2 best teams playing each other and then one of them getting knocked out first round.

If there are 8 teams for example. You do this.
Rouund 1
seed 1 vs seed 8
seed 2 vs seed 7
seed 3 vs seed 6
seed 4 vs seed 5

Round 2
Winner of seed 1 vs seed 8 VS Winner of seed 4vs seed 5
Winner of seed 2 vs seed 7 VS Winner of seed 3vs seed 6

Round 3
Championship

Then depending if this is single or double elimination, you can do a losers bracket. Ive helped run several HS wrestling tournaments, So if you need help with bracket structure, let me know.

Also a suggestion for seeding. I think voting could be a hassle, so we should probably do it by combined TEAM PR. The team with the highest combined TEAM PR should be seed 1, etc.

That sounds fine we have about 20 now then and we well wait to see if anyone else wants to join thanks for the help.
